Investigators from the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center report the arrest of Dylan M. Diottaviano 18, of 57 Mackey Rd. Highland, NY.
On March 28, 2018, the Ulster County Family and Child Advocacy Center began investigating the Assault of a ten month old child in Town of Lloyd. The investigation revealed that Dylan Diottaviano, on a least two occasions, assaulted the child, causing multiple bruising to his buttocks.
On April 12, 2018, Dylan M. Diottaviano was charged with Assault in the Second Degree, class D Felony and Endangering the Welfare of the Child, class A Misdemeanor. He was arraigned in the City of Kingston Court before Honorable Kirschner and released on his own recognizance. An Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim. Diottaviano was ordered to appear in the Town of Lloyd Criminal Court on 04/17/2018.
